What To Expect


-You’ll need a mat and a set of moderate to heavy weights — dumbbells or kettlebells, whatever you have available.

-You’ll train 5 days a week with 2 rest days (including an active recovery flow you can use anytime).

-Each training day blends Pilates and cardio, while 3 of the 5 days also include targeted strength training — giving your muscles time to recover and rebuild.

-You’ll see familiar exercises repeated — because repetition builds both skill and strength

-You’ll get expert instruction with modifications and opportunities to level up

-And you won’t be doing it alone — I’ll be working out right alongside you, encouraging us both to keep showing up
